The Doro Congress 205 business telephone is an analogue telephone that will connect onto an analogue telephone line or into an analogue extension on a telephone system. It has a recall button that is the most common way on a telephone system of putting a call on hold ready to transfer.
High Specification Business Telephone
The Doro congress 205 is one of the highest models in the Doro Congress business telephone range. The only model that has a higher specification than the Doro Congress 205 is the Doro Congress 305.
The Doro Congress 205 has an LCD screen that makes using the phone much easier as it shows the numbers that you are dialling. This means that you can check the number has been input correctly instead of waiting to see if it is a wrong number when it’s answered. Also if the Doro Congress 205 is connected into a line that has caller display it will also log the last 30 calls.
Handsfree Business Telephone
If you want to talk handsfree the Doro Congress 205 also has a handsfree speakerphone. This means that you can have a two way conversation on the telephone without lifting the handset. If this was going to be for long periods the Doro Congress 205 also has a headset socket so a handsfree headset can be plugged in if you want to talk handsfree for long periods.
16 Speed Dials
Down the right of the Doro Congress 205 are 16 speed dial buttons that allow the user to call the numbers stored on the telephone at the touch of a button. This means that telephone numbers that are dialled often can be stored into these buttons and save time ringing out.
