Each microphone has a 360-degree room coverage, and due to it’s intelligent mixing feature only the microphone that is closest to the person speaker is active. This helps to make conferencing with the Polycom SoundStation2 Basic conference phone sound crystal clear. With increased microphone sensitivity voices of users standing up to 10 feet away are easily picked up, so every call is productive.
