There are three different options of the Retell 957 call recording software to choose from depending on your usage and also the type of telephone you are using. These three options are the Retell 957 Lite, Retell 957 Pro, and the Retell 957 Advance.
All the Retell 957 software allow you to record calls through an existing telephone and store the information onto a computer. Notes can be added to each individual recording and with the Retell 957 Lite, Pro and Advance e-mailed via a WAV file.
Retell 957 Lite Call Recording Software
The Retell 957 Lite call recording software comes supplied with the standard Retell 157 connector. This connection plugs into the majority of analogue telephones through the RJ11 handset or headset socket. The Retell 957 Lite has a high capacity recording of 30hrs per gigabyte.
Retell 957 Pro Call Recording Software
The Retell 957 Pro call recording software comes supplied with the same Retell 157 connector that the Lite version does. However the Retell 957 Pro software can compress files for up to 800 hrs recording per gigabyte. Also the Retell 957 Pro software allows searching for recording by date and time, as well as e-mailing files and automatic voice record.
Retell 957 Advance Call Recording Software
The Retell 957 Advance call recording software comes supplied with the Retell 703N call recording interface. It is the Retell 703N interface that allows the Retell 957 to work with any phone with a removable RJ11 handset or headset socket, even if the telephone is a system telephone. The Retell 957 Advance also has all the useful features such as adding notes, data compression, e-mailing files, and also password protection.
