It enables its users to roam up to10 metres away from their base unit or other Bluetooth enabled device and by offering a 6 hour talk time, is sure to last the whole working day. Its noise cancelling microphone is ideal for when the headset is being used in noisy environments, as it removes the unwanted background noise. If the Voyager 510 is being used with a mobile phone in outdoor, windy conditions, this technology makes clear conversation possible.
MultiPointÔ Connection
Through MultiPointÔ technology, connection with up to two Bluetooth devices, such as a laptop or mobile phone is allowed. You can then seamlessly switch between use of either device, simply and at the touch of a button. Other features, like a mute control, are accessible through the earpiece and when the package including the HL10 handset lifter is chosen and connected to the desk phone, calls can be answered and ended remotely.
The base unit that is supplied connects to a desk phone and will convert it to work as a Bluetooth device, meaning calls from the desk phone can be answered through the Voyager 510 headset too.
