The Plantronics APP-5 electronic hook switch - EHS is compatible for use with the Polycom SoundPoint IP 320, 330, 430, 550 and 650 phones. Please note the Polycom SoundPoint IP 320 and 330 phone will also require the Plantronics RJ11 to 2.5mm cable. You can use the Plantronics APP-5 electronic hook switch - EHS with the Plantronics CS60, CS70N, CS351N and CS361N wireless headsets.
