The Plantronics T piece training adaptor allows efficient monitoring and training of an agent who is using a Plantronics wireless headset. This helps in all aspects of staff development and reviewing.
Compatible with the Plantronics CS60, CS70, CS351, CS361 and Voyager 510 model of wireless headsets, the T piece adaptor allows you to connect two wireless headsets into the adaptor. Only one headset is active, usually used by the trainee to hold the conversation whereas the other headset is used by the trainer to listen through.
The unit is compact and easily installed by plugging the base unit of each wireless headset directly into the double adaptor plug of the T piece adaptor, the T piece adaptor then plugs back into the phone.
