Having a spare charger allows you to charge the wireless or Bluetooth headset wherever you like. Most desktop chargers and bases are compact and styled to compliment the headset.
Also available is an in-car adaptor that fits neatly into the car's cigarette lighter. This type of charger enables you to re-charge the headset battery whilst on the move, most frequently used for Bluetooth mobile phone headsets.
