The Jabra GN 1220 sound limiter smart cord offers a cost effective way of connecting popular Jabra GN corded headsets to a wealth of current analogue and digital desktop corded telephones and even IP phones. The GN 1220 is compliant with the latest EU noise regulations and will keep the noise exposure below 85dB at all times.
Simple Set Up
The GN 1220 provides a lengthy 80cm cable which has an RJ9 plug on one end and a QD (Quick Disconnect) plug on the other. Connection of the GN 1220 to the phone is both quick and easy; you simply plug the RJ9 end into the phone.
Located on the side of the GN 1220 sound limiter is an 8-position sliding switch. Once the GN 1220 is connected to both the phone and the GN corded headset of your choice you simply flick the slide from one position to the next until you hear a dial tone. The set up is then complete.
Amplifies When Required
The Jabra GN 1220 also has a built in microphone amplifier making it even suitable for phones that require extra signal gain.
