The ATL Berkshire 100 is a low cost business telephone that does the basic things most users need in a telephone. It is an analogue business telephone so the ATL Berkshire 100 will work on a standard analogue phone line at home, or on a telephone system if the extension is analogue as well.
ELR/TBR Switchable
When using an analogue business telephone on a telephone system to put a telephone call on hold the industry standard is by pressing the Recall button. The ATL Berkshire 100 telephone has the ability to switch between two of the most common types of Recall which are ELR and TBR. It is a pretty rare thing to have a telephone system now that does not use one of those options.
Last Number Redial
If a user wants to call the last number dialled they they can do by using the last number redial button on the ATL Berkshire 100 telephone. It saves having to input a telephone number again just because it was engaged when they called.
Latching Mute
On the ATL Berkshire 100 telephone if you quickly want to ask a question without the person at the other end of the telephone hearing you can do this by muting the call. This is because when the button is pressed it turns the telephone handsets microphone off. On some telephones this button has to be physically pressed down to work, but on the ATL Berkshire 100 telephone it latches in place and does not have to be held.
