The BT Big Button 100 analogue telephone is also compatible with BT’s 1571 answering service. This is a service that BT offer that allows the caller to leave a message if the line is engaged or nobody answers. When this happens the LED will light up indicating that a message has been left on the line.
If you need to use your hands while on a telephone call there is also a handsfree speaker on the BT Big Button 100 as well. This means that a two way conversation can take place without having to lift up the telephone handset.
