The Gai-Tronics Titan telephone is a metal bodied weather and vandal resistant analogue telephone. It can be used outdoors as the Titan has a rating of IP65 with the door open and IP66 when the door is closed on the telephone. These ratings are industry standards that are used to rate products robustness. The 6 means that the telephone is dust proof and the second digit how waterproof it is, 5 meaning resistant to water and 6 resistant to powerful jets of water.

As well as having a robust aluminium body the Gai-Tronics Titan telephone has an armoured handset cord too. This stops vandals cutting and ripping off the telephone handset which is much easier to do with traditional handset curly cords.
Different Gai-Tronics Titan Models
The Gai-Tronics Titan telephone can be purchased with a full keypad or with limited keys that can be used as auto dial buttons. The Titan can even be purchased with no keypad at all for use a hotline telephone. When connected to a telephone system with a hotline facility the Titan phone will dial a specific number as soon as the handset is raised.
