The BT Diverse 6210 phone is a digital cordless telephone that uses DECT technology to transmit between the handsets and the base station. Designed to plug into a BT standard telephone line or analogue extension on a telephone system the BT Diverse 6210 can be used almost anywhere.
High Spec BT DECT Phone
Even though the BT Diverse 6210 DECT phone is not the highest specification telephone in the range it is still packed full of features. The handsets have a 100 name and number directory to store all your contacts and the backlit LCD screen makes them very easy to find. Also if you have a mobile telephone the contacts on your SIM card can be copied into the BT Diverse telephone to save having to input them in full.
On the back of the BT Diverse 6210 DECT handset is a handsfree speaker so you can have a two way conversation without having to hold the phone. As well as this you can also plug a headset into the 2.5mm socket on the side of the handset. This means you can have the Diverse 6210 handset clipped to your belt and walk around on a call with the headset on.
Multiple Cordless Handsets
The BT Diverse 6210 can have up to 6 BT Diverse 6200 handsets registered to one base station in total. For this reason you can actually purchase multi packs of the BT Diverse 6210 with additional handsets included. For example a BT Diverse 6210 twin pack is one complete telephone and one additional handset.
BT Diverse Repeater Compatible
The BT Diverse 6210 has a great range but is also compatible with the BT Diverse Repeater. This increases the range by creating a second base station away from the original.
