One of the top of the range phones in the Yealink range is the Yealink SIP-T28P IP phone. It is the IP phone that has the most extensive features and boasts one of the largest LCD screens in the range.
The Yealink SIP T28 P does need power to work which can be either via the supplied power supply or through power over Ethernet. When phones are powered over Ethernet or POE the electricity is supplied by the network stopping the need of a power socket for every phone.
6 Line Executive Enterprise Phone
As the Yealink SIP-T28P is one of the top of the range phones it has the ability to work with the most amount of IP lines. In total the Yealink Executive Enterprise phone can have up to 6 separate IP lines through different accounts.
Next to the LCD screen are also 6 separate programmable buttons with illumination LED lights. These are ideal for programming as the different IP lines and will illuminate when in use.
SIP-28P High Quality Sound
The Yealink T28P IP phone has a special chipset that allows it to offer extremely clear high definition sound. Also the Yealink SIP-T28P IP Phone can deliver wideband sound as well which delivers extra sounds and clarity normal phones can not.
With a fully duplex handsfree speaker the Yealink SIP-T28P can also work handsfree and allow conversation to flow naturally both ways.
Yealink SIP-28P IP Features
The Yealink SIP-28P delivers all the standard call features users would need on a day to day basis. These are things such as call hold, call waiting, call transfer, call forward, redial, and do not disturb. Compatible with voicemail it is also possible to link the Yealink SIP-28P into a voicemail account.
Down the right hand side of the 28P VOIP phone are 10 programmble keys also known as DSS keys. These can be used to perform specific commands or even as speed dial buttons. These keys will also illuminate when in use as well and can be expanded by an extra panel called the Yealink EXP-38 Expansion Module.
