The Motorola TLKR T3 is what is known as a PMR446 two way radio, but what is PMR446?
Well PMR446 is the name of the frequency that the radio transmits on which enables them to talk to each other. It is a licence free frequency that has been set aside by the government so they won’t affect things such as the emergency services.
The Motorola TLKR T3 is therefore compatible with any other make or model of PMR446 two way radio. This is because they are all set to the same PMR446 frequencies. The only thing you will need to do is set the radios to the same channel so they will talk to each other.
