At Nicomm.co.uk, customer satisfaction is very important to us. That's why everything you buy is backed by our trial period, that's seven days from the day after the goods are delivered.
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the goods you receive, so if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will give you a 100% refund on the goods you purchased, on the condition they are returned to us in the same condition in which we sent them to you (this includes returning the original packaging and user guides & manuals). Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on fax machines, copiers, scanners, printers, multi-functional machines or consumables that have been used.
If you do wish to return goods to us, we need the following information which must be enclosed with the returned goods. Failure to include the following information may result in the refund process taking longer or in some circumstances being rejected.
- An RA number (please contact our customer service team to obtain this)
- Original Order number
- Your company name (if applicable)
- Your name
- Your contact details (including a daytime contact number)
- A brief description of the goods being returned
- A brief reason for returning the goods
- Whether you would like a refund on your credit/debit card or a replacement
The cost to return unwanted goods is paid by the sender, not Nicomm.co.uk or UK Direct LTD
As soon as we receive the goods, we will action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your card as soon as possible (usually the same day). Any replacement held in stock will be dispatched the same day.

Faulty Goods
Nicomm.co.uk makes every effort to ensure the goods we sell are of the highest quality and always from the best suppliers possible. On the rare occasion that an item becomes faulty, we will make every effort to ensure the situation is resolved, and to a timescale, that you are satisfied with. Should you find yourself in this unfortunate position, Nicomm.co.uk would like to apologise to you for the inconvenience.
All goods come with at least a 12 month manufacturers' guarantee (some are longer). If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:
For purchases over 30 days old but less than 12 months old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault and the following information. Failure to include the following information may result in the refund process taking longer or in some circumstances being rejected.

We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault.

Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
