I had to return a faulty BT telephone set. This went missing in the post. Nicomm kept me up-dated as to its arrival and when it was eventually received by them they immediately replaced the faulty goods. Very impressed as I have not found this service with many other companies.

I must admit I thought I might have to go through some protracted process to get a replacement phone, but I was really pleasantly surprised to find I had my new phone within 3 working days of sending the faulty one back to you. What great service!
